Old Navy Heart Dress in Cooler Weather

I recently received a question from a reader wanting to know how I planned to wear this dress in the cooler weather.  For me, the easiest formula to "winterize" a dress is to add tights, boots, and a cardigan or blazer.  I love that this helps me maximize my wardrobe, allowing me to wear items year round.
